Methodology
Student-centred learning guided by lecturers, tutors, and mentors to understand, practice, reflect on and apply both subject-specific knowledge and transferable skills.
The aim is to create a virtuous cycle of action-feedback-analysis-action for students on the courses.
METHODOLOGICAL CRITERIA
The strategy is based on the following three principles:
- Development of critical thinking.
- Encouragement of independent learning.
- Provision of professional and academic guidance.
Sessions and activities focussed on decision-making, guided by practitioners and framed within conceptual insights.
Individualized training in small groups (usually no larger than 30).
Projects in different teams throughout the course, resolving complex management challenges.
Three options for completion of the course:
- Business Plan.
- Marketing Plan + one semester abroad on a campus with ESIC correspondence to complete training.
- Marketing plan + 6 months internship.
